Mackenzie has always had a love for books, specifically fantasy, resulting in a love for cryptids and other mythical beasts before she fully knew what a cryptid was. From her preteen years on, she was obsessed with ghost hunting whether it was watching paranormal tv shows, reading books, or taking ghost tours on every vacation she goes on. Once the gang was all together, her horizons expanded far beyond just cryptids and ghosts to all kinds of phenomena. Her favorite part of the phenomena is sharing it to help others discover their love for the phenomena.
Sarah, also known as Moose, has been interested in all things weird for her entire life, but started with UFOs and aliens. Encouraged to follow those paths, her interest spread to ghosts and cryptids, eventually encompassing all paranormal phenomena. After meeting the rest of the gang, she fully embraced what would become known as the "Cryptid Camp Counselor" aesthetic during the summers. Known as one to "research things for fun," her favorite part of the phenomena is diving into the rabbit holes of research to find how it's all connected to each other.
Kristopher grew up watching conspiracy theory videos on YouTube, and has always been interested in the weird and wonderful world around him. He grew to be interested in ghosts, spirits, and cryptids. In college, he expanded his knowledge of folklore and belief to better inform his understanding of the world. As he has developed his understanding of the phenomena, he has developed more and more questions that he searches to answer. He loves to explore the phenomena through experimentation.
